Washing

• Hand wash is recommended. If using a washing machine, remove the pearl chains first and select a delicate/gentle cycle at 30 degrees or below, wash only when necessary.

• Do not scrub , rub or brush directly over the painted artwork.

• Use a mild, bleach-free detergent.

• Turn inside out before washing. 

• Wash separately or with similar colours.

Drying

• Do not tumble dry.

• Hang to air dry naturally.

• Avoid drying in direct sunlight for extended periods.

Ironing

• Do not iron directly on the artwork, please place a cotton cloth between the iron and the fabric and use a low to medium heat setting, PLEASE DON'T USE  a steam iron.

• Turn the jacket inside out before ironing.

Storage

• Store on a hanger to help maintain its shape.

• Keep it in a cold, dry space.

• Avoid folding directly across the painted design whenever possible.

General Care 

• Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain or excessive moisture.

• Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, solvents or stain removers.

• Normal wear is expected, but treating your jacket with care will help preserve the artwork for many years.  

Each ARTistita jacket is painted entirely by hand. Small variations in brushstrokes and texture are part of the artwork and make every peace truly one of a kind.

The pearl chains are removable, allowing you to wash the jacket safety or wear it with or without them, whichever style you prefer.

Ready to ship within 1-3 business days. (This is a finished, ready-to-ship piece.) Custom commissions are usually within 10-14 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.

Carefully packaged with protective wrapping and care instructions.

As this is an original artwork, returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
